Tasting Notes from the Producer
- Aromas (without water): Smoky vanilla, sweet caramel, and toffee notes emerge on the nose, accompanied by earthy smoke balanced with delicate coconut and flaked almonds. A subtle citrus undertone, like lemon meringue pie, cuts through rich BBQ pork.
- Flavour: Bright citrus, smoke, and minerality dominate the palate, followed by charred oak and beach bonfire embers. Toffee and creamy vanilla harmonize with the earthy smoke, while bright notes of pear, gooseberry fool, and green apple add layers of depth. Roasted coffee, hints of clove, and nutmeg emerge, with a final touch of heather honey.
