This second release in the four-part limited-edition Signature Series delves into the heavily peated character of Arran, boasting a peat level of 42ppm.
The whisky undergoes maturation for over five years in carefully selected bourbon barrels before being finished in custom quarter casks from Chicago's renowned Koval Distillery. This unique aging process enhances the whisky's intense layers of peat, charred citrus, and sweet vanilla, offering a distinctive and memorable tasting experience.
Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water): Smoked candied nuts, praline, oaken vanilla, orange wheels, and drying bonfire embers.
Flavour: Oily malt, silky vanilla, warming cinnamon, flamed citrus, and rich, sooty smoke beneath.
